The finalists are in! Our panel of business and community leaders have chosen five deserving families across the Lynchburg & Roanoke region who need a new roof. Now its up to you to spread the word and vote!

My sister Julia Martin graduated from WVU in 1993 with a Master’s Degree in Reading. She was hired by Lynchburg City Schools in August of 1993 as a reading specialist. In August 2002 she had an outpatient procedure at Virginia Baptist Hospital. During this procedure there was an emergency with her airway and my sister went without oxygen for a prolonged period of time. This left her brain damaged, bedridden and incapacitated. One of these four families will receive a free roof from Lynchburg Roofing and GAF. Lynchburg Roofing is inviting the community to read the finalists’ stories, look at photos of the roofs, and vote for their favorite. The winner will be revealed on May 5th.
